The client wanted an automated system that integrated the operations of different departments like Production, Sales/Distribution, Vendor Management, Stock/Inventory, HR, etc
The scale was massive, and the nature, complex. Also, the different operations needed to be interlinked smoothly.
We developed an ERP solution that integrated the many operations seamlessly. For instance, if the sales department needed an executive, the solution would alert the HR, contact an external consultant, collate and screen resumes, coordinate with the concerned department and fix interviews, etc.
The entire operation and the coordination between the many departments now ride on our ERP solution, boosting productivity, increasing accountability and enhancing efficiency.
